Survey & define the scope
A site visit and review of the available plans help identify access, structural questions, services and specialist input.

Prepare the tender
We set out the scope, specifications and relevant site costs. Allowances, exclusions and unresolved items are identified rather than hidden.

Agree & prepare
Programme, payment milestones and responsibilities are agreed in the contract. Materials, access and trade sequencing are coordinated before the start.

Build & communicate
Work progresses through the agreed sequence, with relevant inspections and testing. Proposed variations are documented for approval before proceeding.

Review & hand over
We review the works, record outstanding items and assemble the relevant test records and handover information. Aftercare arrangements follow the contract.

Programme dates depend on the agreed scope, design information, approvals and material availability. If circumstances change, the implications need to be reviewed.
Payment milestones and any deposit are project-specific and recorded in your contract. Fixed prices apply to the defined scope; changes follow the agreed variation procedure.
